After a structure fire in Duquesne resulted in a loss of a home, personal belongings, and a displaced family, Duquesne residents and residents from surrounding communities came together to help out.
Jessica LeBlanc offered free haircuts at her His and Hers Hair Salon in West Mifflin to anyone who dropped off bags of clothing for children.
Of course, when the West Mifflin Police Department heard about Jessica’s drop-off location, we were happy to help in any way we could.
