On Monday 03/23/2020, the West Mifflin Police Department and the Duquesne Police Department assisted The Pittsburgh Food Bank with the distribution of boxes of food in the parking lot of Kennywood Park. There were two sessions during the day, and a total of 1600 vehicles were provided with boxes of food. The traffic was horrific, but with the help of the police staff and the volunteers, everything went as planned. The Departments would like to thank everyone for their patience.
