General reminder to all to be sure to remove valuables and Firearms from your vehicles and lock them up. Theft from Vehicles is very much a crime of convenience. Turn your exterior lights on and CALL THE POLICE if you see anything suspicious.
Last evening Thursday night into Friday morning a resident did call regarding suspicious activity. West Mifflin has had 26 vehicles entered in the last week on the North end of our community. As a result of the call we were able to make two Juvenile arrests and are continuing to investigate expecting to make additional arrests. We were also able to recover several items that the thieves had taken.
