On May 11, 2013 Loretta Jackson 67y/o female was shot & killed in the bedroom of her Patton Ave. Residence.
On June 16, 2015 An arrest Warrant was issued for Andre Ruffin of Homestead. County Homicide Detectives with assistance from West Mifflin Detectives developed Ruffin as a suspect early in the investigation and were able to finally make the case against him.
The Criminal Complaint indicates the homicide was over a property dispute between the two. I’d like to thank Allegheny County Homicide detectives as well as our detectives for their continued efforts to affect this arrest.
