Obtain a Police Report

Please call ahead to request a copy of your prepared report. 

Please have as much of the following information as possible:

• Incident # (if it was provided to you.)
• First and last name(spell last name)
• Date time and location if possible

Fee for Police Incident report:  $10.00 (check or money order made payable to Borough Of West Mifflin)

You may be asked to provide identification when obtaining a report.  Please bring identification.

Standard police reports contain only “blotter” type information. 
Releasing more information than is in a standard report may require a subpoena. 

Please understand that thePolice Department is allowed by law, to release certain information to certain people.
