Work is scheduled for completion in late October and will be performed by Swank Construction.

Starting Monday, September 8:

· JV431 – In Baldwin Township, the Streets Run Road crossing over Streets Run will close on September 8 until mid-November. Built in 1957 the bridge carries about 7,900 vehicles a day. All traffic will detour to Delwar Road (SR 2047), Lebanon Church Road (SR 2040), Lebanon Road (SR 885) and Baldwin Road (SR 2046). Work will be performed by Walsh Construction.

The bridge replacements are part of the Rapid Bridge Replacement Project, a Public-Private Partnership (P3) between PennDOT and Plenary Walsh Keystone Partners (PWKP) under which PWKP will finance, design, replace and maintain the bridges for 25 years. As part of PWKP, Walsh/Granite JV will oversee construction. The P3 approach will allow PennDOT to replace the bridges more quickly while achieving significant savings and minimizing impact on motorists.
