Century III Mall – Trespass Arrests
On 3/12/2024 at 1742 hours, the West Mifflin Police Department was alerted to possible trespassers at the former Century III Mall property.
Officers responded and located seven (7) individuals exiting the building at which time they were taken into custody.
The individuals were identified as Jared Chambers (23 of Canonsburg), Nathaniel Riley (19 of Brentwood), Noah Joseph (22 of Pittsburgh), Heather Mason (21 of Pittsburgh), Austin Seik (25 of Hookstown), Caden Desimone (18 of Elizabeth), and Lucas Gonzalez (21 of Pittsburgh).
All persons were charged with Criminal Trespass and Criminal Mischief and transported to the Allegheny County Jail for arraignment.
All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty via court proceedings.
Please be advised that making entry into any property without the express permission of the owner(s) is a crime. Century III Mall, while not currently in operation, is a privately owned and operated property that is staffed and maintained with security measures in place. Any persons found trespassing inside of this property will be prosecuted.
